You can achieve optimal health through the ancient science of Ayurveda. Balance your body, mind and spirit through food, exercise and lifestyle choices that are best suited to your individual dosha (body type).

You Will Learn:

• Your unique individual Ayurvedic dosha (body type): Vata, Pitta, Kapha

• How to use food as medicine and as a tool for creating and maintaining optimal health

• What physical excercises are best suited to your individual dosha
