Last Sunday morning after teaching my morning ashtanga vinyasa yoga class at ra yoga, one of my regular students was walking out with me. He looked at my mat and commented that my yoga mat was really worn. Then he said that I should try the brand new Lululemon mat that he was holding in his hands. I was surprised. I was gifted a brand new black Lululemon le mat. I am grateful, and thanked him. Good karma is what generosity brings you.

Because of the new year, my classes at Lifetime fitness have been very crowded. I get 44 yogis in a room that usually hold around 35. I have been teaching from the top of the cabinet that holds the mats, blankets, and straps. It is pretty much mat to mat. If you are planning on attending these Monday and Friday classes, come early to stake out a little mat space. Be ready to be close to your fellow yogi.
